Ton Bongers
As a serial entrepreneur Ton set up IT related technology firms.

Ton started his career in the 80's and was educated as a chemical engineer followed by various courses in management and organisation. From 1993 until 2014 he was Chief Executive Officer at Stepco (annual turn-over of >Euro 12 Mio and >110 technician and engineers).
​
His specializations include business development and organisational structures. In 2014 he sold the Stepco Group (IT infrastrutures) and now boardmember of BlueTea and Safy.
Furthermore Ton hold a position as a non executive board member of the "Onderwijsgroep Buitengewoon" and "Jeugdfonds Sport".

Ruud Dullens

Ruud Dullens is a Board member of ICRIT and co-founder and CEO of BlueTea B.V., a company that he founded in 2010 and that is specialized in virtual maintenance training, interactive simulation and serious gaming.
Ruud started his career in the 90's and was educated as technical engineer followed by various courses in leadership and technology. From 1993 until 2014 he was Chief Technology Officer at Stepco (annual turn-over of >Euro 12 Mio and >110 technician and engineers).
His specializations include development of software and simulation applications, embedding innovative technology such as Serious Gaming, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Intuitive (haptic) Devices.
